Having pump issues and called on Monday to schedule pulling the pump and pipe replacement. Was given an appt for Friday. Seemed a little bit long to wait but ok, I said I will take the Friday appt. They never showed, when I called they said, we have too many emergencies and can't make it. Did you think to call me and cancel?? It is the middle of winter, we removed the roof and made access to the pump and now they want us to wait until next Monday. The worst part part he was not even apologetic for dropping ball or inconveniencing us. This is not the first unsatisfactory encounter with them, everyone has a bad day so was giving them a second chance and trying to keep it local. I found another company and would NOT RECOMMEND STROM.

Strom originally installed my pump years ago. Today I had a water pressure issue. Called and was surprised that they could come right over. Andrew was professional and knew exactly how to fix the problem. I am leaving a review becsuse they also rescued my frozen pipes at my well head immediatley and got my water back on fast on two occasions. Also they put in elecrical panels in two outbuildings. Just good communication and good quality, fast and responsive.

Stay away from Strom Electric. We scheduled them to do our well test for a house we were purchasing. The day that we had scheduled to do the test, they apparently could not find the well and said that they had phoned us to figure out where it was. They never called us like the said they did and Todd, an employee there said "looks like my guy didn't try very hard to find it." This put us behind schedule in trying to get all of our inspections completed within the inspection period. After we called them, they said that they would go back and do the test. When first quoted, Todd said that it would be worst case 4 hours at $75.00 an hour. When we got our bill, we were billed for 6.25 hours of labor. We had a very hard time getting a hold of Todd to discuss our bill. We left a message on his voicemail and go no callback. When we finally reached him, he said that this included driving, set-up, and the test. So his worst-case quote was just for the actual test, something he had never said before. He was not apologetic about our bill being so high. Don't be fooled by their seemingly low prices, they are not good at communicating, did not provide good service, and were not even remotely apologetic about how surprising their bill was to us. Use someone else.
