We recently bought a 1950s home and knew from the inspection that it would need sewer work done. We were recommended Strictly Sewers and a few other vendors by our real estate agent. We got quotes from multiple vendors and they were all fairly similar in price; however, we went with Strictly Sewers because the work seemed less invasive and Jolene of Strictly Sewers was very responsive. They ended up asking if they could start a day early (they could) and the workers showed up the next day right in the timeframe. They completed the contracted work within a few days, with minimal intrusion / interruption. The inspector approved their work and they left. My partner and I waited through the weekend for an invoice that never came. We reached out to ask out about payment and we received an email from the owner, Rich, who said that after viewing a video of the sewer liner work, he wasn't satisfied with it and wanted to make sure they covered an additional connection (that wasn't part of the initial scope of work). So the guys came back out the next week to do the additional work - again, with very minimal interruption on our end (which is much appreciated given our work from home COVID life). Everything was done and great on our end and we paid our invoice. The next weekend, we got a knock on our door from our diagonal / back neighbor - 3 houses over - because they were having sewer issues. We told them we had had work done but it shouldn't have affected theirs. They had their own sewer / plumbing people come out to check out the issues and after a couple people and days, their guy figured out that their sewer line somehow connected to ours and the work that we'd had done ended up blocking their connection out to the main city line. We immediately contacted Strictly Sewers - they showed up the next day and upon deeper investigation, they realized that the sewer lines on the city plans did not match the sewer lines in reality (apparently quite common in older homes and neighborhoods around Seattle). Despite this, they felt like they should have caught this and anticipated themselves (even though there was no real reason they should have). They sent the crew out that week to dig a 10 foot hole and update the connectors to the city line - not only for us, but for our next door neighbors and the back neighbor who had had the issues. Free of charge, no complaints. The guys who did the work were both very fun and professional and even let us take a picture of our brand new teal sewer connections! Highly recommend.

Hard to believe how happy I was to give Rich his check on completion of our job. We had signed a contract for the sale of our house in Kirkland, then found out that our septic failed inspection and we were required to tie into the sewer line instead. We were so upset! Then our real estate agent had us call Rich at Strictly Sewers. He arranged to run a camera to locate the stub (this saved many $$), and sent us his estimate. It was a tough job because of the stub location, but the crew: Scott, Carlos, James, and Seth got it all done! They trenched across the driveway and hand-dug around plants, a brick pillar, and under a metal gate.Laid new pipe, passed inspection, ran another camera to check the connection (yeah, I got to look at our brand new sewer pipe!) and cleaned up the whole place so it looked like nothing had happened! The guys were all fantastic:knowledgeable,on-time, hard working, friendly, polite--the kind you like to have around! Rich was great, organizing the work around our crazy schedule of packing and moving. Rich's fee of $14,618.25 was an incredible bargain. I had gotten bids of over $20,000 before the contractors even knew all the problems involved. We would give this company 10 stars here if we could. Thanks, Rich!!

These guys bid the job as we were selling the house, they did the repair on time, on budget and without impacting the landscaping. The buyer was happy and so are we. If you need a sewer repair this is the only call you need to make.
