  I've used Stratz numerous times to perform routine maintenance on my furnace and A/C as well as do various repairs, including most recently replacing my furnace. What I LOVE about Stratz is that they shoot your straight. Dillon is the guy I almost always work with, and he's EXCELLENT! You see, I worked for my late uncle's heating and air-conditioning business back in college after he got ALS, at first being his legs and then being his hands when he started to shake too bad, so I know a thing or two. You may wonder why I don't do the work myself. Well, one, I don't have the specialized tools, which are kind of expensive, or ready access to parts and, two, it's been a couple of decades, and in rustiness there's risk, so I err on the side of caution and leave it to the CURRENT professionals. Still, I know more than a fair bit about furnaces and air conditioners, something I keep in my back pocket until I can tell if I'm being shot straight. Dillon always shoots me straight. He knows his stuff, so he's reliable, and even better than that, HE'S HONEST! Now, at first, I did think Stratz was a tad pricey. Where I came from down south, my HVAC guy's hourly rates and prices for services were notably less expensive, but then he did go to high school with my mom, so maybe he was cutting me a discount. I don't know. But for up here, now having experience working with two other local HVAC companies from up here, once when I couldn't get in with Stratz and once for work, it turns out Stratz' prices are right in line with, if actually a tad less expensive than, the local competition. WHAT ELSE I LOVE ABOUT STRATZ IS THAT THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! So on the couple of occasions when some problem arose afterwards, they bent over backwards to make it right and didn't stop until it was right. You can't ask for more. That's why I keep giving Stratz my business.

  We have used Stratz for several years including a couple new furnace installation and a new hot water heater! The service personnel was exceptional, but the office manager was not a very friendly person. I realize everyone has bad days, but I believe, politeness is a high priority for a business!
