  I had a water leak from my refrigerator. The hose that runs from the water line under the kitchen sink to the water line to the refrigerator's ice/water dispenser on the door, needed to be replaced. Also, the water shutoff valve to THAT water line under the sink was was bad, corroded, and also the wrong kind of shutoff valve. So the repairmen had 2 jobs. They were so cordial, very personable, accommodating and thorough. After they completed the job and everything was fixed, restored and running, another water issue popped up later on in the middle of the night. A call was placed and they were back at my house promptly, as in right at the start of their work day......8am. Before he left that morning, after that issue, he took the time to answer some questions for me and then gave me some good instructions, advised me, gave me preventative tips, etc. He never made me feel like he doesn't have time for me. He never rushed me. I really felt like he really cares about me, that he really does care about these folks he's provideing plumbing services (or whatever service they are providing: plumbing, electrical, the services they list in their advertisement). I definitely would recommend them. They are now my 'go-to' guys for my plumbing & electrical needs from here on out. Thank you Dave & Kevin of Stratton Electric!!!

  Every time I call for an electrician to come, I never get an appointment time. Someone was supposed to call yesterday with a time and never did. When I called today, they told me they were busy and would let me know. By the end of the day, still no call. The lack of communication and professionalism is the exact reason I use the more expensive providers.

  I was gonna give Kevin a good review after getting ahold of me when he found my wallet. When I went to pick my wallet up I had 15 minutes to get back home because my husband had to leave for work and he had our two kids. I walked into his business told him thank you for finding me. When I went out the doors I checked my wallet as I had alot of money in it. Seen it wasnt folded like I had it so it had been counted!! But hey atleast it was all there!!! Awsome!! But then I received this nasty text from his personal phone number. Very rude and entitled! Definitely wouldn't do business with him if hes gonna be this rude over a thank you 🙄 I hope he doesnt treat his customers like this!
