  My furnace stopped working in the middle of night. With small children, I knew that we needed to get it fixed. They were there within a hour of calling. The gentleman that came got us up and going but did suggest that since our furnace was 17 years old that we should think about replacing. Out of the three furnace quotes that we received, they had the best price with the best warranty. Everyone was nice and showed up on time for everything we needed.

  Had an issue with my furnace. They were able to come within a couple hours and fix it right away. Timely, respectful, and took the time to answer my questions and make sure everything else worked well too. Definitely will use again

  Stratford Plumbing and Heating was a delight to work with. When I called, I was greeted by a warm, welcoming, live person, that genuinely sounded concerned with my plumbing issue. Eric came to my house, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed with the help of an apprentice in less than an hour! They were extremely professional and I highly recommend their services. Make sure you give them a call before you have your normal plumbing or hvac company come out!
