  I couldn't have asked for better. David called me when he was on his way, like I was told. He stopped the leak in my shower head and fixed both toilets, that was not on the list to do. I asked about them, he knew the problem and fixed them. The price was very reasonable. Now - after he left, I found the water pressure in the shower head was quite low. I called him and he came right back! He found the problem and fixed it. The problem had nothing to do with his fixing the leak either. It was a fluke type thing. I was so impressed with him coming right back. Thank you so much, David! I will be calling you again.

  My past experience with this company was good...but, they have totally changed. Today, If I could give them a lower rating than one star I would! When I called, I specifically asked for a plumber with experience working on reverse osmosis systems. They sent a man out that did not have any experience with the issue and billed me for the wasted call. Additionally, the office staff is absolutely terrible! DON'T CALL THEM!! They must have too many customers if they are willing to lose them.

  We have had Strait Plumbing out a number of times in the six years we have lived here I have never found them to be anything but honest, straightforward and competent. They've always responded in a timely manner and completed the job quickly. I've never timed them to the minute but the charge has always been appropriate. (I don't know of any services where the hourly fee is prorated by minutes.) Frankly, I was surprised at the negative reviews because our experience has always been so positive.
