  We needed help with our septic system, and Jason was out the next day. He told us what we needed to do before he could proceed, the next day Steve was out to fix the issue. Very responsive, communicated with us the whole time, and got the issue resolved in a day. I hope we never have an issue again, but if we do, we will call Straight Flush for sure.

  Not only did they come in a timely manner but they explained exactly what they were doing and how to prevent the problem from happening. I cannot express how thankful I am to be treated like an equal rather than being ignored. Thank you for coming out of your way to fix our shower drain! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend their services to anyone!
