  They put check value in backward. An said she a new pump. The pump she had was good. They charged her 1400 dollars. An. Didn't have water to either homes.i would not recommend to anyone I'm sorry but it's the truth not even 1 half 🌟

  If there was a zero star option I would have picked it because they don’t even deserve 1 star in my opinion. Moved back home after being away several years. Pipes had not been winterized and every line burst. Called stouts in August and she said she’s put me on the schedule and he would be out in a couple days to look at it. Meanwhile called several more plumbers listed online only to get no answer, no return call, a disconnected number, or not able to service my area. The ones I had got ahold that would service the area, gave me an outrageous estimate over the phone and I was in process of saving. 2 weeks after the initial call to stouts he showed up. I explained what needed to be done and he quoted me a price substantially lower than the other quote and I told him I needed him to come fix it as soon as he had an opening. He told me he was booked for two weeks but would be here. A month later no call no show I called the office and explained to the lady what had taken place and how he was suppose to come back in two weeks. At this time my family and I had been without water in the house for 2 months. We’d been relying on family and friends for showers and laundry. She said she’d get him to call me right away. A month later he’s still not called or showed up. I will recommend not using stouts at all seeing as how I’m not the only one this has happened to. I called local building supply companies and asked for recommendations and they were able to give me a number for someone who was reliable.

  There is not one positive thing that I can say about this man or his business. First off he is extremely RUDE to customers!! He will basically put you in your place if he feels you have questioned his expertise, and then to punish you further he will purposely delay coming to correct a job that he messed up. He is very unprofessional. He does not return calls, and when he does answer he gives excuse after excuse about how busy he is. The only reason he has work is because some of theses cheap (cut cost where you can) home builders use him. I am glad I’m finally done dealing with him.
