  Called to have some work done. They came out to look at the situation and left by saying they'd call back in a couple days with an estimate. It's been several months without a call back. Guess I've gotta find someone else. Thankfully it wasn't an urgent issue. Two stars instead of one because they were friendly when they did come out, just didn't follow through.

  I had bought a new kitchen faucet and attempted to install it by myself. I could not get one bolt off, after 12 hours I called their office for help. They sent serviceman 30 minutes after I called to fix my problem. Thank you!
