  After the holiday weekend, our typical plumber that we use for pretty much everything was booked until the middle of the week. Our kitchen sink stopped draining sunday night and we wanted it fixed on Monday. I called Stong at 10am, and they sent someone out by 3pm. The visit itself was great. They used booties and were respectful of trying to maintain social distancing. They were finished in about an hour and the price was pretty good too.

  I typically do not write reviews. Here's the long and short of the review: I needed a tub spout and faucet replaced in a bathroom. Called Stong Plumbing. Was greeted by a professional young lady. Told her about my problem and scheduled an appointment. Next, I asked her what the hourly rate is for the plumber. Answer: "My manager does not allow me to give our rates until the job is completed". What??!! What professional business keep their costs a secret until the end? Am I going to pay $200 or $2000?? Give me SOME level of expectation of the cost. If she said our hourly rate is $150 for the first hour and $100 per hour thereafter, that would at least gives me an idea. To hold the pricing a secret is a BIG red flag to avoid. No one walks in blind to make a purchase........
