  These people are great called them when my shower was leaking through the floor. They showed up the same day. Bob Hancock fixed the shower in 40 minutes. Very knowledgeable explained clearly what the problem was and how he fixed it. Plus there work is guaranteed. I will definitely be using them from now on

  Down for New Year and arrived to a house with No water. SH plumbing promptly returned my call and sent a tech out within 30 mins. Thank you to TJ and Brian for their help and attention!

  Called for emergency service and was told I would be getting a call back within the hour. The next day I called back and was told that I would be serviced at some point in the day. I ask for a time frame and was told that they can't give me one. From what I can gather they operate as a call center and sub out the work to others. Bad model and no way to run a company. Call someone else!
