  Stirling Plumbing really goes above and beyond for their customers! I called another plumbing company and the soonest they could come out was Nov 30th, however I called Stirling Plumbing yesterday with toilet concerns and a lovely lady told me she was going to give me a call back as soon as she could to see how soon a plumber was able to come out and service. She called me back today telling me that a plumber could come out soon and sure enough a couple of nice gentlemen came within 10 min of me getting off the phone with a lovely lady called Deb. Come to find out it ended up being a settings issue and it’s all fixed up! Definitely recommend Stirling Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Will definitely be contacting them should we need a service again!

  Contacted Stirling to install a new water heater. This was the first time we used Stirling Plumbing. The service is very professional. We have a tight working schedule so we made the appointment a week out and the crew arrived on time! We wanted the electric heat pump water heater which was most efficient and has a rebate from Chicopee Electric Light. Along with the water heater Stirling installed a whole house cartridge water filter at the same time. Hot water and filter installed, ready to go later the same day. They took the old water heater tank out and cleaned the basement work area. EXCELLECT INSTALL! They also recommended an electrician to wire the heater. Stirling worked with the electrician many times in the past and we were able to coordinate the electrician perfectly with the install.

  John arrived and explained what he had to do. He was very nice and professional. He repaired the leak caused by a clog. and cleaned up the work area. He was unable to clear the difficult clog and recommended Fletcher Sewer and Drain. I would recommend Stirling services to my friends and I would use them again.
