  I have been using Stinnett Heating and Cooling for over 10 years. These are the best people to work with. And Shannon is an Angel kind caring just a sweetheart. I had a wire break on my thermostat that runs outside to the unit. When I got there bill it was 30 dollars. I called them they told me we only found that wire was there less than tem minutes so we just charged you for gas and time who else would do this no one in my town. Because I am no weight bearing on right leg due to broken ankle they moved me to the top of service calls was here in less than an hour. ALL AROUND THE BEST PLACE TO DO BUSINESS

  My coil froze up so I called a different company to come fix it because of their ratings on Google. I waited hours and never got a call from their technician. So I called Stinnett and their tech called us to give us an ETA within the hour. He came out and had us going again all before we ever even heard from the other guy.

  They came out yesterday to fix our A/C but it never worked. They charged me $146. I called first thing, 07:00 Saturday, 6/29/2019 and I was told they couldn't get here until Monday. I should have priority since I've already been charged for a service that didn't fix the problem. The service tech Derrick was a great guy, I'd give him 5 stars, but a company that blows you off after you've paid them for service that isn't working only gets 1 star. I'll be expecting a refund.
