I was happy to discover that Marco was very polite, professional, proficient and skilled. Sheldon accompanied Marco and was also very professional and polite. I appreciated the fact that he explained where the problem was and how he resolved it. Also both were very respectful in following Covid safety guidelines. Kudos to Steve’s Plumbing for having such great service and great employees! I highly recommend Steve’s Plumbing.

Quick and friendly service. Victor was great to work with and communicated at each step in the process. Luckily for us the repair was covered by our AOAO as it was quite pricey, but my understanding is that’s just the going rate on island. Victor went above and beyond the address a water pressure issue with our shower after sediment had found it’s way in to the shower head after the pipe repair. Overall very happy with the work and would definitely use Steve’s plumbing again.

Always saw the vans around town, thought to give them a call when I needed help - extremely professional services from start to finish, very helpful and timely. Anthony and Aaron came same day I called, were very friendly and informative, showed me what the issues were and ran down the pricing with me before proceeding with work. Really appreciated their promptness and professionalism. Overall really pleased with this service, will be calling Steve’s for help next time we need it.
