  My warranty company set me up with Steven A Mills Plumbing, when I called in the lady was super friendly and got me set up the next morning for them to come on out. The plumber arrived in the 4 hour window that I was given. I very pleased with how quick and informative the service was. The tech took the time to explain the issue and how to avoid it in the future. Highly recommend them if you're in need of a plumber.

  2:10 Home warranty contracted this company to repair a valve on a tub in my home. We have been trying to get this issue resolved since 12-21-2020. After calling MANY times to inquire, we were told "the part is in the mail" only to find out two weeks later (today 3-16-2021) there is NO part, and the warranty company won't cover what the plumbers are recommending be done to fix this issue. Three months of a leaking tub faucet! After leaving many messages and requests for a callback, Suki never once returned my phone calls. The only time I could speak to her is when I refused to leave a message and remained on hold. When I asked to speak to her supervisor I was told she's the "office manager and part-owner as well." BEWARE and if your home warranty dispatches Steven A. Mills Plumbing, demand another company that will be worth your service fee and time.

  Had this business contracted through my home warranty TWICE for the same issue, and they lied to the warranty company both times saying they fixed my water heater when the first time they came they never stepped foot in my home, and the second time they were there for 2 minutes and all they said was they didn't have the parts to make the repairs and never called or showed up again. I was charged $100 both times for nothing to get fixed. The number listed on the Google search for this business is not connected, so there is no way to reach out to them for complaints or refunds. Absolute scam artists and liars, do not do business with these people, they will take your money and do no work.
