  I have nothing but good things to say about the company. On 10/29/2021 I found I had no running water anywhere in my house. I called plumbers I had worked with before; they got one toilet working but said my house needed an entire new plumbing system (house built in 1914) because pipes were so plugged that even air couldn't get through. But they were already so booked up that they referred me to other plumbers. Steve himself came out a week or so later and said it was "complicated". They were also booked up. But their Christmas present to me was to get my house replumbed and working better than ever just before Christmas. They spent 3 days here taking out pipes, installing pipes, and fixing all kinds of little things that came up. Professional and personable and explained things carefully plus put up with my dog's constant interest. Yes, it was expensive, and they helped with financing. The last day, they took me to the basement and showed the carefully labeled pipes and shutoffs for the entire house and explained how to turn each on and off.

  I don't know what to say. What could have been an extremely traumatic experience, turned out to be much less of one because of the professional, straightforward, honest approach by Steve and his crew. Tremendous work ethic, and, they mean what they say. Always on time, working an extremely long day to meet the time frame they had given us. We are very pleased, and very appreciative for the service that was provided to us. Polite and respectful crew. Thank you.
