  Professional and honest service. We tried to fix part of the sewer line, but ultimately had to install a sewage extractor and a new sewer line, in a very rocky area. Charles explained everything thoroughly, walked through the options and we developed a plan together. Hard-working & experienced. Highly recommend for your plumbing needs. Also, you can give them sweet tea, but it doesn’t change the price. I tried 🤷‍♀️ It does make the day go better though 😁

  We discovered when we got home from vacation our hot water heater wasn’t working. After trying multiple time to relight it, we decided to call a plumber. The first one we called said it would be 2 weeks. We called Steve Huff Plumbing and they said they would work us in that day (a Friday).At 7:45pm Charles called and said he was on his way. We thought they had forgotten us. We couldn’t believe someone was still working that late on a Friday. After looking at our 11yr old hot water heater he recommended we replace it. He was able to get us on the schedule for Monday to install the new one. He was prompt and did a great job. We will always call Steve Huff Plumbing for our future plumbing needs.

  We were very pleased with the gentlemen that worked at our house. They were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain our options and worked hard to do a high quality job. I was also pleased with the support staff and promptness of service.
