  We hired this company to service our septic tank, it was full and time to pump it out. The service fee was $250, we even paid an extra fee of $25 for them to come out on a Saturday. A couple weeks after this company emptied our tank we noticed a good amount of water flooding on top of the location where the tank is. We called the same company back to see if they could send the worker back out to take a look at the problem. We spoke with Deanna and Karen, they were very rude with bad attitudes. Both Deanna and Karen informed me it would cost $300 instead of $250 this time to have the septic tank emptied and/or $150 for a service fee of sending someone out to look at it. Also, the worker that serviced our tank no longer works at the company. Poor customer service skills here, when a problem doesn’t exist until this company touched our tank and trying to resolve the problem when it arises with this company was an excruciating experience. It’s almost like the worker left the drain lid open, so that this company could get more money from us in less than a month. What’s that called? Scam, dishonesty, fraud. Doesn’t look good for whoever owns this company.

  They do everything! Other than the building, they handled every aspect of my development project on 7+ acres. Electric, septic, land clearing... Amazing company run by a business owner that cares... I'd use this company 1,000,000 times over

  The plumbers were great. They did the jobs the first plumber I called out wouldn't do and they did them quickly, efficiently and within the estimate they gave me before they started work. The only complaint I have is that they did not call to let me know the guys were coming out today but luckily I work from home so it was ok. I will use this company again.
