  Mr Steininger came to my house asap. His guys worked very hard on my furnace and hot water heater, they all were very friendly and was always prompt on the time they were going to be there. I would definitely recommend this company and I did give it 5 STARS

  Called on a Saturday about leaking faucets. They were assigned through my home warrant company. They only returned my call 3 days later after prompted by the warranty company and said they’d be out the next day. When they didn’t show I called again and the guy said that they were running behind due to the “weather” (raining?) and that they didn’t like to deal with the warranty company. I told him that was not my problem and he told me to call someone else. Totally classless and unprofessional. Plenty of other plumbers to call.

  My home warranty company dispatched this provider to come look at and fix my broken sewer trap. This company did not even reach out to me to schedule an appointment. The reviews left from home owners regarding the service received by this company is 100% correct. They will not work with home owners who are going through a warranty company, so don't waste your time. Im not sure why this is, because if they would have called me they would have known that im required to pay them a 189 dollar service fee when they come out, despite stating free estimates on their site. Right there is a free 189 dollars from me. Secondly, the warranty company would only cover 1000 of the costs and a previous quote I had from a different company states over 4k worth of work. Therefore if their excuse is the low payout from the warranty company thats complete BS because I would have to pay the remainder out of pocket. Had they called me to talk to me, they would know that. However they decided to shrug off my business simply because I had gone through my home warranty company. Will never go to them for anything ever. Will rather take my business elsewhere even if the costs are slightly higher. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would because they don't even deserve 1 star!
