  We had the plumber do everything in our apt from painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry to general maintenance. The best part is he is insured, provided all the documents on time, and he is very prompt with responding to email and always answers his phone. Regarding any feedback, he accepts in a very professional manner, and solutions quickly. We couldn't be happier with him and his team given that our co-op is very particular with COI and Workers comp limits, and he had everything. The best part is he provided consultation rather than just say yes/no to our requests, which is very much appreciated. We will definitely be hiring him and his team again for more projects! Thank you for making our first apt feel like our home!!!!!!!!!

  Excellent professional service all around. They had me at my telephone conversation with the girl, she was warm, nonjudgmental and even made me laugh even though I was upset about my situation. She put me at ease from the start. I was able to get a prompt appointment with the technician. He was thorough, caring and most important effective. It has been almost 4 months, yes this review is long overdue, and we continue to be clear of our problem. And their fees were also reasonable as well. I am very grateful to them and recommend them highly.
