  Came into work monday morning and saw a puddle of water on the floor, our small water heater was leaking, asking around and was referred by a friend to call Steele Plumbing. Chris came out to look at the leak that afternoon, he wanted to replace it the same day for us but I told him we couldn't so I scheduled for the next day to have him replaced the water heater instead, it was slowly leaking so what's another day? he made it work for us and worked around my schedule plus he didn't charge us extra due to it being after hours. He removed our old water heater which was breaking apart due to the corrosion, I had never seen anything this old before, he installed the new water heater and even scrubbed down our cabinet floor board as best as he could to remove the water stains without me asking, he cleaned up every piece of debris and took the trash with him, HONESTLY, he saved me the trouble because I would have had to do it myself. I thought his Rate was the lowest in town at $80 a hour plus the cost of the water heater, he was done within 2 hrs, I don't know usually how long replacing something like this takes but I was able to work without worrying if I had to clean up the mess right after or not, definitely gave me peace of mind knowing there is a good plumber here locally I can trust to do the job as promised... We have been in our space for 17 years and Ive had previous Plumbers out here before and they did not care about cleaning up right after, Ive had to toss a nice rug because a previous plumber we used, use my rug as their work cloth, SMH.   Cris came to the house on a Tuesday to fix a clogged drain. It worked until we started doing dishes then it overflowed again. The next day we gave him a call to let him know the sink was still not draining. He said he would not be able to come out that day. Totally understandable. He said he would be able to come out the next day at this time. (3:00 pm). So we waited patiently. At two o’clock I had not heard from Chris,so decided to give him a call. No answer. Called at 3 no answer. My wife called 3:30 no answer. Just called at 4 pm and they are closed. Took our $90 and never bothered to get back to us to finish the job. Gave him a bunch of chances to reschedule but to no avail. I would just grab someone more reliable.

  Friendly & Professional folks, called out for a garage disposal replacement and showed up within the hour. Reasonable Rate, will use again in the future and pass on info to my friends in need of a good plumber. Thank you Steele Plumbing !
