  Best meals I've had while incarcerated, if compared to Hidalgo County Jail. In contrast, when in detention and according to who you deal with, on average, the not so knowledgeable of their own operating rules and procedures, staff makes that up with being the most down to earth and understanding officers I've had to encounter. I am a proud U.S. citizen who, knows and my rights not be taken advantage of thus I always will challenge an enforcer of the law to prove to me that I am wrong when I do not do as they ask but as I KNOW I have the right to do or not do. My philosofy is, in order to be a citizen who uses thier rights always to thier advatage and does not ignorantly give up any of thier given rights because they are not properly educated in what is your right and what is against the law.
