  My heat pump went out earlier today and my regular heat pump service company couldn't come until Monday. I called Starnes and Misty got a service technician to my house in about 2 hours. Mike did an awesome job, was very professional and quoted us a new system as we have been looking at getting a new heat/air system. The repair was quick and very affordable. We will be calling tomorrow to discuss purchasing a new system through Starnes. Very thankful to have heat again on this cold December evening 🙏

  Great company to have repair heat pump. Called and got their answering service on Saturday morning. The technician Mike called back very fast and was here less than 2 hours later. Mike was great, very professional and knowledgeable. Checked the system and found a wire in the outside unit had a bare spot and was grounding out. He fixed the problem and stayed till the heat pump ran and he was sure nothing else was wrong. I will definitely be calling Starves again if I need repairs or when I get my unit replaced.

  I've used Starnes for many years now and have always been happy with the service they have provided. I also wanted to give a shout out to the technician Samuel Childress who recently resolved an issue we were having with our heat pump. He was prompt and arrived at the time he said he would be here. He was very personable and professional. He quickly resolved the issue and provided helpful tips to keep our heat pump running at an optimal level. Thanks again for you service Starnes and Samuel Childress!
