  I have dealt with the folks at Standard Supply for many years and have always found them to be knowledgeable and helpful. I experienced a situation recently involving a quality issue with the manufacturer Rheem. I will not bore you with the details, however it was quite involved and time consuming with Rheem refusing to address an obvious quality issue with their product. Fortunately for me Standard Supply stepped in to help I'd like to thank Lon Lemmon the manager for his help, and in particular Zac Attard who personally went to bat for me and spent considerable time and effort on my behalf interacting with Rheem in an attempt to resolve the issue. As I mentioned, in spite of Zac's efforts Rheem never did step up with any resolution which was very disappointing. However Zac came up with a solution even though it was not technically their responsibility or issue in any fashion. I can not commend Zac highly enough for his extensive help in going way beyond the call of duty on my behalf. Thank you Zac and Standard Supply
