  Since I had used Perkoski plumbing previously and been happy with their work I contacted them on July 14th to see if they could either repair or replace a leaking kitchen faucet. They scheduled a person to come out the following Monday July 19 between 12 and 2. Around 12 that day I received a call saying that there were two appointments ahead of me and that they would get to me between 3 and 5. At 5:30 when no one showed up I called their office and left them a message saying that I needed to go out and no one would be home if they did show up. On the morning of Tuesday July 20th I received a phone call from them saying that someone would be out today between 10 and 12. Around 10 Nick, who said he was the GM showed up, reviewed my situation and said that they might be able to repair the faucet if they could get the part otherwise they could replace it. He said he would let me know by end of day Wednesday, July 21st to see if he could get the part. It is now Friday July 23 and I have not heard anything from Nick or anyone else at Perkoski Plumbing. It is very disappointing and discouraging that a company would treat a loyal customer this way.

  Jonathan did excellent job. Arrived on time, did not waste time fixing the leak in the kitchen sink, Pleasant worker. Satisfied customer. Would recommend him.
