  I contacted Stamie Lyttle Co. to clean out the septic tank to our garage apartment. We were led to believe that the tank was full, and that was causing the grey water to back up and over flow. The two techs that were assigned to the job, Dante and his assistant, showed up exactly on time, and were very nice and professional. They found the tank and drain field immediately, and got straight to work. When they finished, they determined that the water wasn't going into the tank, and the blockage must be in the pipes somewhere before it gets outside. Dante was very helpful in explaining what we needed to do to correct the problem. I followed his advise, and everything is working exactly as it should!! And there have been TWO different plumbers out here! Dante and his assistant went above and beyond what they were required to do. I'm definitely a SATISFIED customer!

  Knowledgeable, punctual, and reasonable. We've dealt with other septic companies before, but Stamie is the best yet. Their office staff is professional and will follow through.

  I am horrified at how rude and disrespectful these folks are. They were scheduled to come to my home to empty my septic tank. They came, the guy couldn't find the tank. He said that since we were renters, he wasn't sure that we would pay him, and after walking around my yard aimlessly he left without a word. When I called to get them to come back, the receptionist was so rude it was shocking and said they canceled the call because they weren't gonna spend time looking for the tank. What incompetent people. Shame on you, for not being able and willing to do your job. Please save yourself the frustration and go with anyone and I mean anyone else.
