  We woke up with a furnace that didn't work and less than five hours later, Tom from Staley's had taken care of it. Everything about our experience with Staley's was perfect. The woman who answered the phone this morning (I didn't get her name) was helpful, professional, and personable. Tom called in advance to let us know when he'd arrive, arrived when he said he would, and was in and out quickly. He was completely transparent in explaining what needed to be done and he, too, was really friendly, personable, and professional. I'm confident that the work was done correctly. The price was reasonable. I can recommend Staley's without reservation.

  After another company kept me waiting for days to get my furnace repaired, telling me the part I needed was backordered, I called Staley's and they fixed it the next day. My house is warm again thanks to Staley's! Great service and reasonable price. Highly recommended!

  Staley's is a very great local business here in flushing. I have been dealing with flooding issues for a while now and Staley's was able to tell me exactly what is wrong, and is now currently getting my basement repaired and adding in a sump pump and new lines under the concrete.The first day of service went absolutely amazing and I have no doubts the rest will be done just as great. While this is the first time I've used them, I have had them come out before for quotes and reviews of other tthings in the home and they were wanting to make sure I knew what I was looking at, the best way to fix it and were never pushy at all. If you are looking for any plumbing or HVAC Staley's is 100% the people to call and hire. Best prices out of multiple places called, and very professional work done by their team. They will always be my go to people going forward for this type of work!
