  I heard water running while in the master bathroom and it was quite worrisome. After dealing with 2 other plumbers and a sprinkler guy, I stumbled onto Staggs Plumbing. Jonathan and Juan came out and I told them what the other plumbers had said. They claimed it was a slab leak and they'd have to reroute the plumbing. It was going to cost me anywhere from 3200-4200. Juan stepped in, very confidently, and said, this doesn't seem like slab leak. He was about 90% sure but said they needed to run their own test. I was hesitant because I had just paid $200 to get the air test done to find the leak. I reluctantly said yes but man was I ever happy when he said this will only cost you half of what the other guy quoted. Juan went in elbow deep and found the tiny pinhole that was definitely not under the foundation. They were able to cut away the old pipe, solder on some new and clean copper piping and I was good to go. These guys did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend.

  What started as a small leak turned into a huge job and Staggs did awesome. They did a great job of showing not just telling me what was wrong and why it should be replaced. We had a mix of cast iron, clay, and pvc pipes. They replaced all the plumbing and draining in our house and it is nice to know that it was done right.

  The plumber tried to give a lot of negative possibilities just to replace a toilet. I knew that he was doing it so he could increase what they wanted to charge. I saw through the tactic, so I paid the 89.00 service fee and ended the appointment. I've had other plumbing work done and no one ever spoke to me like him. If you are looking to pay a fair price for plumbing work I don't recommend using this company. Follow up. I'm happy to say that I called a different licensed better business plumbing company They didn't use any scare tactics changed out my toilet and shut off valve for the price Staggs wanted to charge me just to change out my toilet. Buyer beware of this company!
