I will start out saying that the service was prompt, on-time, and completed well and quickly. My complaint, and the reason they are receiving two stars is because the repair technician refused to wear a mask despite my request for him to do so. His only response to my assertion that he wear a mask was that "He was on the other side of the fence on that one." If I did not have an urgent need for the work to be completed I would have turned him away immediately. It is unprofessional and very disrespectful to deny my request that I make for my safety and the safety of my family. This action alone means that I will not use their service again. I will gladly pay double the cost just to avoid a company that is so irresponsible with my family's health and safety. The only reason they are getting two stars and not one is because the work that was completed was done well. Edit: Your un-professional and disrespectful response has led me to reduce the review to 1-Star. The technician (which I guess is you by your reply) did not suggest I use another plumbing company. However, as I asserted in my review I needed the work to be completed urgently and could not wait for another company. I left this review so that others concerned about their own health can make a decision ahead of time on whether or not to use your company since you refuse to wear a mask.
Response from the owner
This is the order in what happened! 1. I knocked on the door, you answered 2. You requested I where a mask, I said NO!! 3. Then I said, you can hire a different Plumbing company!! 4. THEN YOU HIDE BEHIND A WORTHLESS REVIEW!

I called on a Monday morning and Todd answered the phone right away. I was asking about site utility hook-up which he doesn't do but he kindly recommended another business which was very helpful.

I am torn as I write this. The owner and his son were very fast in their response to my plumbing needs. And I am thankful for them. However I do question the business practices used. The owner was not upfront about how long this service would take. They were done in less than an hour and charged a hefty amount and I never would have agreed to their service had I known it was only going to take an hour. The owner made it seem like a larger more bothersome job than it truly was. I would have politely declined and moved on. I do appreciate their speedy response time, but I will not be using them again. If you use this company, make sure to ask how long the job will take and then decide if you're okay with the price before signing anything. It's my fault for not asking. I would never pay $2,500 for a service that takes less than hour, especially with knowledge of the cost of parts used. When I questioned and asked for an itemized receipt for time and parts, the owner told me "plumbers don't do that anymore," and refused. With my recent previous experiences they are more than willing. They did complete the job, and I've had zero issues. Mixed feelings. In response: I think you are mistaken as to when the price was quoted. We did not discuss price over the phone. We met at the home, you looked at the job, returned to your truck to write up a quote, and then came back inside with the price without much details. You did not tell me how long the service would take, but like I said-I should have asked. I am not trying to argue about this, but you may want to take this as constructive criticism on how the customer is feeling during this process. I am not the only one feeling this way. I did try to get *some* money back. I talked to 3 plumbers after your services, (which you performed very well) and each of them said I was overcharged by $1k-$1.5k. I did a charge back for $500 as I thought that was *fair* considering you did such good job and it was very speedy. Average markup price on the sewage pump is around 20%, and you can easily google the price of the pump. I wasn't going to get this detailed on this, but as a business owner your response is quite abrasive and rude. Here's all the details now. I actually did hesitate with it, once I realized how long it took you. I asked you more questions about the pump, googled the price, and asked for an itemized receipt-which you refused. If you'd like to discuss further, I am more than open to a mature conversation on the phone. I wish you well!
