  I do not know the quality of his work. I do know that he nearly ran me off the road. When I called, he berated me, told me I was wrong (for making a legal turn that was clear of any vehicle while he passed me at 80 mph in a no passing zone) and continued on to threaten me with returning to the area and deal with the problem. So, here is how an adult deals with the problem. Thank you, sir for putting all of our lives in danger and not taking responsibility.
