  Excellent in every way. The owner is honest as they come. I just suspected my septic needed pumping after 4 years but - upon arriving - he determined it didn't need to be pumped. He also gave me a bunch of helpful and free advice. This guy could have come out here and told me it needed to be done and charged me a ton and, instead, he was completely straightforward and said his mantra is not to charge people for things they don't need. When I DO need pumping, I will be calling them back.

  When I called to arrange a routine (i.e., non-emergency) tank cleaning, Marcus was polite and almost apologetic for not being free to come over that same day. He said he would come before noon the following Monday and he would give me a call before coming over. Unlike some service providers Marcus did just what he said he would do and called to say he was on his way and arrived during the morning as planned. He quickly and efficiently did the work and was great about answering some questions I had about our tank and maintenance. I had read the reviews and felt comfortable in calling Marcus and I am very glad I did. It is a pleasure to do business with someone like Marcus and a business like St. Amant Septic Tank Service LLC

  I would HIGHLY recommend Mr. Marcus to anyone needing his service. His website is everything he says he is. He is prompt, professional, courteous AND he put me in touch with a great plumbing family. Peace of mind AND professionalism is hard to come by and he can provide this! and he DOES accept credit cards!
