I shopped around looking for a good and reliable plumber in my area (Manteca). When I called SPS Plumbing I was greeted with great customer service from Steve and his team. The Lead Tech was John who was very knowledgeable which made it even better choosing SPS Plumbing for my services. I had no idea how much energy efficient I would save from installing a tankless. I love not having to worry about my showers getting cold. With installing a tankless you have endless hot water and let’s not forget how much space I have in my garage now. I will definitely be calling back SPS Plumbing to come out again.

We had a tankless hot water heater installed when ours failed. It was installed correctly by a different plumber, but did not work properly. Our plumber found SPS for us and they came on short notice, assessed the problem, got the manufacturer to ship a new part, and it got installed by SPS - at no charge to us. Our tech, Steve, is a true professional and took care of all the details. We now have a fully functional hot water heater. I give SPS my highest rating.

Unfortunately I didn't have the same great experience as everyone else. Steve was good and his work came highly recommend from a friend who does woodworking. However, his lead, Bob,who was assigned on our project lacked the customer service and craftsmanship that we expected. My recommend to continue your search unless you can confirm Steve is working on site.
