  We have a service contract with SPS and they send someone out periodically to check our heating and air conditionings units and perform routine maintenance. We are always pleased with their service. The Technicians are always professional, polite and respectful of our home. Our most recent service visit was from Theodore Fischer . He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to us, making sure we understood everything he was doing, how long it would take and what we could expect when he was done. After Ted finished the routine maintenance, we asked him a question about a problem we were having with our condensation pump. Unfortunately the problem only manifests when the temperatures are below freezing so he had to rely on our description. He offered several solutions to fix our problem and explained how each solution would work in the short term as well as in the long term. He also provided several financial options that would work within our budget. Overall we were very pleased with the service. Ted was excellent and clearly customer centric, committed to providing the great service.

  So, I had called a different company that rhymes with “blorizon”. They actually refused to come out and quote the job. I then found SPS, and first spoke to Duff, who immediately sent John out. John diagnosed the problem quickly, explained anything I had a question about, and got the ball rolling on getting the work done. Tina and Debra were excellent in responding, answering any questions, and getting the team out to me and my new system installed. The team was amazing. They completely removed my old system and had the new one almost installed in one day. They were as clean as they could be, respectful of me and my property, and their work is top notch. If you’re not using SPS, you’re making a mistake!

  Over the weekend our water heater went out and we contacted SPS for assistance. The service we received was excellent from the dispatcher to our technician. Mel was our service technician, he was courteous and professional. He came to our home in a timely manner and he completed thorough assessment our water heater. He gave us excellent recommendations and explained several options for resolving our water heater needs. He took his time and ensured we understood what needed to occur during the installation process as well as ensured we understood our new system. Mel was excellent to work with and we highly recommend his services.
