  Have been a customer for 8 years. Randomnly charged my debit card for an unauthorized charge. After I went to their office, the lady has the audacity to ask "Do you and your husband not have joint accounts? Are you not married?" Very unprofessional. Called numerous times, never answered; left voicemails, no response. The invoice billed and sent to our home did not match the amount drafted. Do not recommend. Buy your own system or go with another reputable local company.

  Hi! The charge was not random. By giving us that credit card information and signing the lease agreement, you gave us authorization to make monthly charges in exchange for usage of our equipment. When this card was declined four months in a row, it compounded to a higher amount. Whether a card is declined in the past or not, if we do not receive updated card information in response to our efforts to contact the customer, we continue trying to run the card each month. Because you were behind on your payments, after you had ample funds in the account, it charged you for everything you owed us. The reason the invoice billed did not match the amount drafted is because we send the bills reflecting what you owe for each individual month. Multiplying this by the four months that you were behind, it adds up; we have sent you a balanced statement in the mail showing this. The reason you were asked whether your account was linked with your significant other is because you flew into the office, claiming it was his responsibility to pay this and not yours. This baffled us, because somehow, we had received YOUR credit card information in order to make payments... at some point, one of you gave us this. Whether or not you or he is supposed to make this payment sounds like a personal issue you need to work out amongst yourselves. We had been calling and messaging your on-file number for four months and had received no answer, either. Perhaps there is something going on between our phone lines that may explain our communication issues.

  We've used Spring Water for years. Great maintenance service! Never any problems with our RO or Water Softener. Priced well also.

  So I don’t know what everyone’s deal is with the negative reviews, Spring Water installed my water softener in my house and my R/O and comes to change my filters for me and they do a great job!
