  Problems since initial construction over 10 years ago. If you wanna know ask. Latest is woke up this am ... to flooded kitchen from ceiling. Tracked problem to upstairs bathroom. Pex line was chewed up from rubbing on 2x4s. Why? They NOTCHED the 2x4s in the Wall Yup. ‭
