Spray's Plumbing and Heating is a fantastic local Cheboygan company for new install, repair and preventative maintenance. There is no job too big or too small. They have never left any of our properties stranded without plumbing, heat or AC. Even during emergency calls on their busiest days they manage to fit our jobs in without sacrificing expertise, professionalism and affordability.

Very good 👍 had some frozen pipes bust and they came lickidee split and got us flowing again and fair pricing definitely referred to anyone who looking into plumbing. Will be checking out their heating services soon

Didn't do anything. Our central heat still doesn't work _ they are charging over $500.00 for a job not done.

I called this local service to come out & drain my crawl space; they came the 1st time to drain the excess water & a 2nd time to remove the equipment. They sent me an outrageous bill & lied about the hrs spent @ my house. I asked them to adjust their invoice & they refused; two years later they keep sending invoices for well over $1k!

I called Spray’s to install a new toilet and remove a sink in our bathroom. The two guys they sent were professional, efficient, and most importantly, safe!  They will be our go-to plumbers from here on out!

Really nice people, but horrible at scheduling. I called them to schedule a time to come out and troubleshoot my furnace, and was told they would get back to me. After about a week no one had so I called again and they finally came out. The techs were super professional and very friendly, told me I needed a new zone valve. I was told they would come out sometime that next week, I would get a call between Monday and Friday when they were on their way to replace the piece. This was the beginning of October, it's now the 1st of November and I've heard nothing from them. In addition, I also received a bill for them for the service call... even though I paid via card the same day they were here.  They were really great about letting me know that I didn't have a balance when I called in to check, but that's still very unprofessional and unorganized.  I also don't really feel like I should have to keep calling them to remind that they have customers waiting on them. Great people, I just don't appreciate being forgotten and ignored as a customer. I will be getting my furnace piece replaced through a different company.

I have never taken the time to write a review, but I had such a great experience with Sprays Plumbing and Heating that it inspired me to do just that. We recently had furnace problems over the Christmas/New Years holiday (of course) and I had very low expectations for a repair over the holidays. While there was some parts shipping delay due to the holidays, Sprays could not have done a better job getting our heat working again. They managed to limp my furnace along on a failing heat exchanger until the new part arrived. During this period my blower motor also quit working and they quickly and accurately diagnosed that as well so that we could get that part in a timely fashion. As soon as the parts arrived, Sprays came out and got everything working perfectly. From start to finish their customer service was top-notch, and there were no surprises when the bill came...it was exactly what we discussed. Also, I feel its worth mentioning that this is an impartial review...I don't know the employees socially nor am I related to any of them. If your shopping for plumbing/HVAC repair look no further...

After Spray's did the plumbing, heating, A/C and central vac in our new house a couple of years ago we've had lots of problems. many of the problems have been fixed by other companies but the A/C  will never be able to be fixed because it was not properly installed.  will never go back and won't recommend for anything.

Solved my issue with hot water heater and were very professional

Very disappointed. Called them to come out and do a emergency furnace repair because mine quit in the middle of the night and all they did was give excuses after exercise. It was only 10 deg in the house and all they kept saying was o well
