  We have been using Spencer Hallett for our commercial properties for a little more than a year, since our longstanding plumber moved away, but they treat us like we've been with them forever. They are so responsive and helpful. They've come out to help us in emergencies and have always been reliable and on time for scheduled jobs, too. Their employees are a pleasure to work with on the job and in the office and their work is top rate. We highly recommend them.

  Spencer and his team did a wonderful job completely re-plumbing a 160 year old cottage for us. What stood out for us was how well he communicated from start to finish, keeping us in the loop as the work was done. In addition, his team are great problem solvers as nothing is simple in an old house, and they were able to find creative solutions to bring everything up to code with a light touch. They did such a good job we are hiring them again for additional work. If you have an old house we would definitely recommend them.

  Outstanding. I first used Spencer Hallett to install a dedicated filtered water faucet on my kitchen sink and then used them on a much larger job, to install a gas line for our pool. From start to finish, large or small job, everyone who worked on our projects was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would use them again and recommend them to everyone, without hesitation.
