  Customer service is almost completely absent here, with only a couple exceptions in the store staff. Couple that with over the top prices and dreading heading to Spenards becomes the norm, The yard crew have always been great, they do their best in adverse conditions.

  Customer service is a joke. Worker is rude and wouldn’t even help. For such a small town you would think selling would be there objective. You know make your local customers happy. Especially if he is buying paint and the container is damaged. Kinda hard to reseal when the lid of your metal container has a large dent that will prevent from sealing. Thanks for nothing and I will never recommend you to anyone who lives in Town. True value best place In town.

  Bought a tool bag and in less than a week the stitching failed. When I went to return it they said i couldn’t because I had put my name on it and the product was not resell able. The bag was clearly faulty workmanship but had to waste my time fighting with a manager just to get my 27 dollars back Beware of their return policies obviously they do not care about their customers
