  This morning while leaving for work my garage door would not close and I just did not know what to do about it! I called Garage Repair Syracuse and left a message - not more than 5 minutes later Peter returned my call. He was super easy to work with and agreed to come by to take a look at it after work for me (He walked me through the closing process so I could leave for work). It turned out to be a simple miss-alignment of the sensor - something I didn't even know could happen! Peter fixed it in 2 seconds and only charged me for the visit. I would definitely use Garage Repair Syracuse in the future.

  I called them on Thursday afternoon March 4. I asked for an estimate (knowing what was required for the repair) and was told a tech would call me within 15 minutes to provide a phone estimate. I never received a phone call with the estimate. They scheduled an appointment for Friday March 5 with an 8am to 9:30am expected arrival time. I was to hear from the tech 15 minutes prior to arrival. I waited until 10am.....no call, no show.
