  I had a terrible experience with this company, they supposedly fixed our AC and our clogged lines but as soon they left the AC went out again and the sewer lines were backing up in the house again. Unfortunately I live out of town and my tenants are having to deal with this which is unacceptable. I have tried to call both phone numbers they have online and never get an answer and never have the option to leave a message. I have also left several messages under contact us and never hear anything back. I did receive the bill in the mail which is a joke because they didn’t fix the problem. Please do not go to this company.

  My water heater stopped working immediately after they serviced my AC (they're in the same closet). When I called them, they came out , didn't fix anything and charged me 100 dollars for a service call. I'll never use them again.

  Not sure how they even stay in business. My wife called them 3 weeks ago to check a water leak and every time she called back they told her she was on the list. Finally gave up and called another company who came right out. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with them.
