We have used spartan one time and the lady who answers the phone is alittle ruff, but the staff that come out were very professional. So we had to called them again 3 yrs later, let's just say the lady is the rudest person. So we went with 24/7. Good business starts at the beginning of a phone call. I would not use them again.

I called Spartan Sewer & Septic on Friday morning not expecting to get ahold of anyone let alone have same day service. Dan and Travis came out to our home 2 hours later. They were SO knowledgeable, and were determined to find our septic tank and lines. Our inspector could not find the tank and had told us mis-information on what was likely there. We almost let the energy company trench for a new line right through the field. A plumber recently recommended Spartan Sewer to come out and check. I am SO glad we did. They assessed the area visually first and then went to work. They used cameras and augers and all resources necessary to help us. They spent 2 hours minimum working to help locate every system before Great Lakes Energy was to come out and trench the area. Spartan Sewer saved us SO much money, time and headaches! Thank you SO much! We will be forever customers! Additional information... very reasonably priced!

Office personnel is rude! They schedule appointments and don't show. They never totally fix a problem so you have to call them back several times.

I am so sorry you feel this way! I have looked in our computer system and do not find your name as a customer anywhere. Could you possibly give more specifics of your complaint? (Such as what you were asking to have done, where you are located, and what our actual customer's name is..?) It is never our intention to be rude or to not arrive on site for work requested. Also, we very rarely ever give an exact time for arrive at a site- we are a utility and can easily get delayed on jobs looking for tanks, trying to open up a blocked line and many other variables- we do offer to provide AM or PM as a guideline for arrival... We would be happy to try to make things better for you (or our actual customer) if you could provide us with proper information.
