  Spahn's Property Solutions LLC is the perfect representation of a commercial vendor. I have used them at my apartment complex for the past 8 months, and will continue to use them. Austin and his employees are an essential part of keeping my property on pace with maintenance repairs, drywall repairs, painting, cleaning units and snow removal. I have also used them for emergency water extractions. Their quality of work speaks for itself. They are prompt at getting me on their busy schedule. The residents have complimented how friendly and professional the Spahn's Property Solutions staff is, and how efficiently they work. I highly recommend Austin Spahn and his team for any commercial services.

  I have used this company several times for hall and apartment cleaning, and for water extractions after flooding and plumbing issues. He does a great job restoring carpeting and his attention to detail is amazing.
