Great service! Have what you need and remind you of the parts you forgot.

If you need anything sprinkler related, they've most likely got it.  Even for jimmy rigged stuff.  Good customer service, too.

This is a great store! The employees are very nice and always know how to help.

Go to the Springville location- the prices are cheaper for the same parts than the Ephraim location, the customer service is better, and they are more likely to have what you need in stock. Some of the employees at the Ephraim store are knowledgeable but several aren’t and I have received wrong information about things more than once costing time and money. Also, if you go to the springville location and they don’t have what you need in stock you can drive over to sprinkler world and they will likely have it. You can also find somewhere good to eat out while at the speingville location with the money saved from things being cheaper.

They carry a wide variety of plumbing supplies, sprinklers, fireplaces, and flu. The staff is also fairly knowledgeable. If they don't have it on the shelf, they can order it for you and have it quickly.

The Ephrum utah store is so over priced.I can drive an hour to springville,buy the part I need for $20. take my family out for lunch drive back, and still save money.
I needed a clamp for my irrigation main line. They tried charging me $99 for it. Drove to Harward's irrigation in springville bought the part for $15. I have priced many other parts from southwest plumbing in ephrum. They are allays 2 to 3 times more expensive. I am never going back.

Asked how they could help. Shared problem. They knew what I need and got the parts. Extremely friendly

Want to give more stars, but I can never get there during business hours. Abbreviated Saturday hours make it hard for the DIYer to get there when open.
