  My septic alarm went off late on a cold winter’s night. I knew this was a bad thing as we have many family members. I called Southport at 7:30AM and they were able to change their schedule to have someone out early in the morning. By 8:15AM, Tim arrived and we were so thankful for his expedient arrival. He promptly set to diagnosing the problem and found a few glitches. He called in backup which also arrived quickly and they isolated the problem within the hour. Tim had to make one trip back to the shop for parts but even so, he was finished shortly after noon! I very much appreciate how both Tim and his backup took the time to explain their findings to me and give me options. They provided quality service in a friendly and caring manner. I have used Southport a few time previously and I am pleased to tell you that they consistently provide good service! I would strongly recommend them for all of your HVAC, plumbing, and septic needs. The only complaint I have is that since the business changed to new ownership, they now operate on a strict Cash-on-Delivery service. This is very disappointing, especially for a well established good customer. So, if you plan to use Southport, until they change their policy, you’d better plan on having either a lot of cash handy or writing them a check before they leave.

  The apprentice plumber Tim, was so professional, he explained everything going on, we thought a part needed to be ordered and I was going to be without water for a few days he suggested where I can shower. It ended up my water was restored and he replaced more than what was originally wrong because I asked him to do it. He was professional, kind, offered to cleanup the floor when done. And had a wonderful demeanor. This company was the only one that I found that also offers financing in my area. I highly recommend this business above all others for any plumbing needs. I will only use their service. Tim was on time, and the other 12 plumbers I call that were either booked up or never called back this business is the only one you should go with for professional thorough plumbing repairs, great customer service, compassion, and affordability!

  Tim was wonderful to work with! Friendly clean and efficient. We’ve used Dan’s now Southport for all of our businesses. They always provide fast affordable services. I recommend these guys to anyone needing plumbing services.
