  Our a/c broke on a Saturday, and they squoze us in Monday to come check it out. Dealt directly with the owner of the house, and made time on the following Saturday to come and replace the entire unit. I know it’s their busy season, so we greatly appreciate the effort they put into helping us in a timely manner. Very professional and kind. We have a/c again! Yay!

  Is this company out of business? I have a faulty HVAC unit they installed less than 3 years ago I’m trying to get in touch with them about to come fix. They don’t answer their phone or return messages sent via their website.

  I was driving home from work one day and all of a sudden a huge wooden dowel about 3-4 feet wide is bouncing towards me in the middle of the freeway. The culprit was this truck from Southern Comfort Heating & Air heading south on I-15. I tried to dodge the dowel but there were cars on both sides of me and it bounced a few times before hitting the front of my car. The driver immediately got off the freeway, I thought to maybe go back and pick it up, but they instead sped away when I assumed they would pull over and apologize and get my information. I snapped a few photos as they escaped. Very dishonest. You can see the rest of the load totally unsecured in the back of their pickup. I reported to Utah Highway Patrol and they tried multiple times to get in touch with the owners of Southern Comfort but eventually dropped the case after they never could get in touch with them...Very shady.
