They were super professional, respectful, considerate, honest, and fast. No one once made me feel like I’d be taken advantage of as a single woman making my own decisions, like some other companies have. I love that their business/customer service systems use modern technology for the busy homeowner: I got text and email updates, was able to sign for service on a tablet, and received a detailed/itemized receipt via email. Kind, smart, good solid people. This is the kind of business I would recommend my precious nieces use for their first homes. You know: that “I’d let them take care of my mom’s stuff” kind of recommendation.

Noah came exactly when he said he would and stayed at past dark. He gave clear answers to my questions and was very helpful. I decided to give Southern the job based on my experience with Noah. That was Friday. Monday Silas came to do the work I requested. He too arrived right on time, he was super polite, he too answered all my questions and stayed until the job was done. He cleaned up every scrap from a fairly dirty job. These guys were super. They were the most professional technicians I have eve seen. Southern, I don’t know how you hired and retrained workmen like this, but your company is clearly doing something right. Oh, my bill was exactly what I was told it would be, no sudden add on charges. That was a nice surprise!

Honest and friendly. Definitely expensive but no more than their competitors. Generally are available earlier than initially scheduled and always provide quality workmanship. I had no idea they did plumbing. We now have functional plumbing again. This company also installed our HVAC systems a few years ago and have always been punctual and professional. We've been using this company for around 6 years.
