  James is awesome! He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He went to bat for me with the water company that has been rude, short and, unresponsive to the problem for over a month. He can explain everything very well and is extremely upfront about what needs to happen and the cost. If we ever have another problem we will definitely being going back to them.

  We have found, what we think is the best plumber in Texas. James has come to the rescue on 3 occasions. Our house is old and the copper piping continues to give us problems. James has taken care of numerous problems that keep springing up with the piping. He comes, usually within an hour after I call and fixes the problem expeditiously and with good humor. He is definitely dependable, as well as honest, and his reliability is exceptional. I can only praise James’ abilities to high heaven. He answers all questions and explains the intricacies of any part of a situation simply and in detail, as needed, for my complete understanding. It is without reservation, that I would recommend this gentleman to anyone seeking a true professional. He knows his stuff!! Dr. Consuelo Bossey

  We used South Texas Plumbing today for a plumbing EMERGENCY..as small business owners ourselves My wife and I appreciate transparency and being upfront. The owner Steven was both, we were quoted an hourly up front. An hour later Mr. Briggs the technician showed up and started Troubleshooting our leak. Not only did he fix our major problem we called in about ,but also found three other issues (that were contributing to a separate septic issue )and was able to fix all of them in the same service call. IMO these guys are awesome! Professional , timely,honest,what else can you ask out of a service company these dsys!
