  I had some emergency services needed done on the coldest day of the year. I expected them to be completely booked solid with other people who had burst pipes and issues related to the cold. They showed up really close to the time they scheduled, which thrilled me. I knew that probably was hard with all the calls they were getting for other people in my same situation. Rich, my service guy, did an excellent job and took extreme car to not make a bigger mess than what he already found. I was so pleased with the work he did and his demeanor that I hired him to do some additional work for me that I had been meaning to take care of. The pricing was pretty fair and I think for the quality I got it was worth while.
