  My toilet started to leak a bit from the base. I discovered this on Friday night and, living in a high rise, this type of thing is a priority fix. I called a plumber but he was unable to assist. He gave me Miguel’s number. Luckily, Miguel was able to help and showed up promptly the next morning. He was very nice and knowledgeable on the phone and in person. He was able to investigate the issue and find the problem rather quick. My installer did a poor job with the flange and did not use the correct part. Miguel saw this and swapped for a new flange that was made for my type of pipes and floor. He also identified another problem that needed to be addressed before it became something bigger. Overall, I would highly recommend him and his helper because of their customer service, knowledge, and thoroughness. They also cleaned the area, however I still needed to give it an extra hand.

  Miguel was very quick to respond and showed up in less than 30 minutes from call. He was straight forward with us and explained to us that we didn’t need any changes and that we would be wasting our money. Was very quick to diagnose and we would definitely be using him in the future.
