  11/24/19 Our water heater went out Friday. We went to lowes and they said it could be up to 2 weeks before it could get fixed. My husband called sorrels and a tech was at our house within the hour. And he replaced our hot water heater. Same day service on a Saturday! Such friendly service, and a check up call to see how the hot water was working this morning. We'd definitely use them again.
